Cheese platters from the Mad River Taste Place make entertaining easy.

We can make the appetizers as easy as making one quick phone call. Our cheesemonger, Mary Tuthill, will ask you a couple of questions about who you are serving, how many guests there will be and your cheese preferences. With that background, she will build a beautiful cheese platter that you can pick-up on Thanksgiving morning.

Ten years ago when the Localvore movement was just starting to take hold throughout Vermont and in the Mad River Valley, eating an all local meal was a challenge as many who took the annual Localvore Challenge learned. Ten years later, there may not be a better place in the state to see the results of the Localvore Movement and Vermont Farm to Plate Network than the Mad River Taste Place.
