Cheese, Transformed! With Eden Cider Pairings

Sample four of Vermont's finest cheeses transformed into delicious snacks, each paired with a sip from Eden Ciders. Bites will include: blue-cheese stuffed cherry tomatoes garnished with micro-basil; Mt. Alice & mushroom custard with pecan crackers; Tarentaise hand pies with caramelized onions; and citrus salad with ginger-goat cheese & nutmeg brittle. $5.50 per snack, or $20 for all 4.
During the event, we'll be handing out recipe cards, and offering advice about incorporating cheese into various dishes. Plus, visitors can scope out the Taste Place's amazing cheese case, and visit the Waitsfield Farmers' Market, which is happening, concurrently.
