Pig Roast on the Green

We’re kicking off Mad River Taste week with a pig roast feast featuring dishes highlighting local farms and food producers! Babette’s Table and Mad River Food Hub are collaborating to spit-roast a whole Von Trapp Farmstead pig, deboned and stuffed as our take on an Italian Porchetta. We’ll also be serving up plenty of delicious side dishes that represent the best the Mad River Taste producers have to offer, and will have a cash bar featuring cocktails from Mad River Distillers and beer from Lawson’s Finest Liquids.
